Letterpress & Printmaking
Bright Press is a letterpress specialist print shop located within Whiteman Park. We celebrate this almost six hundred year old craft, preserving by production, creating new artwork using vintage printing presses and equipment.
For Swan Open Studios 2026, we are exhibiting artworks by local letterpress printers and have printing demonstrations and print shop tours.

Through letterpress printing, Ann’s works explores and reflects her interest in languages, community, and culture.
Dominique Coiffait
Dominique is an artist printmaker working with lino and screen print, presenting artworks and greeting cards.

Vanessa is an artist working in Boorloo (Perth) whose practice is predominantly print based with book making a central component.
Billie Seamna is a graphic designer and printmaker creating bold, tactile works that explore nostalgia, place and everyday human experiences. Her work uses playful typography, colour and traditional printmaking processes.
Janice is a multidisciplinary artist living in Perth whose artistic practice spans painting, ceramics, printmaking and mixed media illustration. Exploring themes of identity and belonging, Janice's art reflects an appreciation for nature and slow living through her art.
Brendan is a designer, lecturer and head of program at North Metro TAFE. He feels the mysterious gravitational pull of well-kerned type in the Perth Letterpress Workshop where he continues to learn and practice.
P James creates handmade screenprinting and letterpress works inspired by nostalgia and Australian culture, combining traditional printmaking with contemporary technology and bold graphic imagery.
